Tell us how many beds you need, where and from when. We shortlist suitable options from owners and operators, check them against your brief, and arrange site visits.
Company, headcount, area, move-in date, budget and whether you want to rent or buy. That is enough for a useful shortlist. Options come from owners, operators and other agents. This is a sourcing service, not a list of property we own.
A good price per bed means very little if the accommodation cannot support your workforce properly.
Under UAE Ministerial Resolution No. 122 of 2026 on labour accommodation, issued on 18 February 2026, employers with 50 or more workers whose monthly contract wage is AED 1,500 or less must house those workers in accommodation that is approved and registered in Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) systems, and keep that data up to date. Local authorities can widen the rule for their emirate, with a lower headcount or a higher wage cap. We can help you ask an owner or operator about registration status before you sign. Compliance stays the employer's responsibility.

This suits companies working around Jebel Ali Port, Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) and the industrial areas nearby. We look at rooms in existing camps and, where a crew needs it, a whole building. Check bus access and the route to site at shift-change times.
DIP is a mixed industrial and residential district in south Dubai, convenient for sites around DIP itself, Expo City Dubai and Jebel Ali. Logistics, manufacturing and facilities teams often look here. We shortlist what owners are actually offering when you enquire, whether that is a staff accommodation building or a camp.
Sonapur, also called Al Muhaisnah, is one of Dubai's long-established labour accommodation areas, on the eastern side of the city. Contractors working in Deira, Al Qusais and towards the Sharjah border often look here. On a visit, use the same five checks: washrooms, kitchen capacity, bus access, AC and water at peak times, and who handles maintenance.
Al Quoz is a central industrial area between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, useful when crews work in central and new Dubai. Space is tighter, so smaller staff accommodation blocks are more common than large camps.
For companies that can transport staff across emirates, Ajman is another place we source. Ajman accommodation is licensed under Ajman's own authorities, so check approvals for that emirate rather than assuming a Dubai registration covers it.
If your sites are somewhere else in the UAE, say so in the form. We will tell you whether we can source there. Area insights cover residential communities. This page is for company staff housing.
We source from owners, operators and other agents. Depending on your brief, that can include beds in shared rooms, a floor or a whole building, a full camp for a large crew, separate accommodation where female staff need it, and options with or without catering and cleaning. We only put forward what an owner or operator confirms for your dates.
Availability changes. Nothing on this page is our own stock. Looking to buy a camp instead?
Before real estate, Chetan worked in operations and expansion, including OYO Arabia and CARS24 Arabia. He walks a camp with that operator's eye: whether the building can actually run a shift. Read more about Chetan. For offices, warehouses and other commercial space, start with the commercial real estate page, or contact us if the brief is different.
Under Ministerial Resolution No. 122 of 2026, employers with 50 or more workers whose monthly contract wage is AED 1,500 or less must provide accommodation that is approved and registered in MoHRE systems. Local authorities can extend this. Check with MoHRE or your legal adviser for your case.
We source staff accommodation mainly in Jebel Ali, Dubai Investments Park, Sonapur (Al Muhaisnah), Al Quoz and Ajman. If you need another UAE area, tell us and we will say whether we can source it.
Tell us the headcount and move-in date. We look for options that fit, including more than one building when a single site cannot take the whole crew. We do not publish a minimum or maximum.
Public Dubai listings in October 2026 were asking about AED 750 to 1,100 per person per month all-in, or about AED 1,800 to 9,500 per room per month, depending on area and spec. These are asking prices seen on public listing portals, not a quote. Send your brief and we will share current options that fit.
It depends on what owners have free, your move-in date, and how soon a visit and the paperwork can be done. Share the date and we will tell you what can be visited in time.
Washrooms per head, kitchen and dining capacity at peak hours, bus access, AC and water pressure at peak times, and who handles maintenance and how fast.
Include female staff in your brief. We only shortlist an option when the owner or operator confirms it is suitable. We do not hold our own rooms.
Beds, location, budget, move-in date. That is all we need to start.
